David works exclusively with Leadership Assessments, both in search processes and in larger strategy driven Leadership Assessment projects, and with Executive Development in the form of executive coaching and management team development. David has 13 years of experience from leadership assessment and development, and is a core member of Amrop’s Global Practice Group for leadership assessments. His core expertise is assessing, identifying and developing talent in leaders.
Before joining Amrop in 2015 David worked for 8 years as a country manager and global partner for an international leadership assessment business, and before that as a consultant manager for a company specialized in international leadership development programs. He has a strong managerial and leadership experience combined with extensive practice in international leadership development programs, management team development and leadership assessments.
David is a Chartered Psychologist and holds a bachelor’s degree in Informatics.
