Mikael Edler

Mikael is known for his insight into the Financial Services Sector and for his professional approach to the leadership challenges within the industry. Mikael joined Amrop in January of 2014. He has spent more than 25 years in the Banking Sector including seven years abroad. As Partner in Executive and Specialist Search Mikael is focusing on Financial Services and Real Estate.

Previous Experience
Throughout Mikael's financial career he occupied the following key management positions: Head of Private Banking Nordics at Credit Suisse, Head of the Retail and Corporate Banking, Western Region at Swedbank, Head of Swedbank Group Treasury, Head of Swedbank Foreign Exchange and Deputy Head of Trading at Handelsbanken New York.

Education
Mikael holds a master's degree in Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics, and a Bachelor of Science from Pepperdine University in the US.
