Amrop Sweden is expanding and welcomes Pernilla Engwall to the Stockholm office as new Partner within Financial Services and Real Estate. Pernilla most recently comes from Nordea, where she worked within the corporate segment, and she comes with more than 10 years of experience from management consulting.

Pernilla states that this is the career step that finally connects the dots from her previous experiences. ”As a consultant I have worked for more than 10 years driving large transformation and implementation projects, cross different functions and with different strategic contexts, but the leadership aspects of a successful organization has always engaged me the most. In todays’ slimmed world, it is more important than ever that senior leaders engage and motivate the organisation at all levels and are able to attract and keep key talents, and I am looking forward to contribute to that by drawing on my past experiences in my new role at Amrop.
